Our main client is our neighbor, Companhia Vale do Rio Doce (CVRD), which is the largest iron ore pellets producer in the world.

This year, Automatica has already sold two Compression Machines to the the foreign market: one to China (Dalian Project) and another to Iran (Khoozestan Steel Company - KSC). Both are in phase of production.(03/29/2005)

Brazil is a world-wide iron ore pellets manufacturer, with great companies as CVRD, Samarco and Ferteco, We develop quality control and process solutions for iron ore pellets quality control both in laboratory and industrial scales. All the Pelletizing Plants in Brazil use our compression test equipment for pellets quality control in laboratory, which already has been sold for steel and pellet plants and for certification and research centers in Australia, Egypt, South Africa, Mexico, China, Canada and Iran. The CNC cutting machine series AutoCorte uses innovative design concepts allowing productivity and performance comparable to world class CNC equipment at a lower cost. It is a complete finished machine that could be assembled and put to work in three to four hours. It uses a PC based CNC concept and its electronics is all comprised in a single board, having a three year warrant, allowing very low replacement cost than proprietary hardware based CNC machines.
